Morris learned the value of “CHOICES  at an early age in the housing projects of Hollywood, Florida. In a community inundated with crime and poverty, the only hope to be had was that you'd live to see the age of 18.

After a serendipitous encounter with the criminal justice system, Morris chose to change his future trajectory. Now a husband, father, entrepreneur, certified motivational speaker, and founder of the Nonprofit Youth Mentoring Organization, Men In Action Outreach, Inc. of Milton, Florida. Morris’ challenging background brings a critical perspective to approaching youth motivation by stressing the importance of RESILENCY.

Morris seeks to empower students to be more engaged, overcome challenges and achieve their goals through Motivation, Reflection and Determination.
